Terms of Business and your right to cancel and return products
Customers in the
USA
To place your order and pay in
US$ you must first select your currency by clicking the US flag at the top of
the page. When you have selected US$ this is clearly indicated at the top of the
page. When you order in US$ the shopping cart defaults to a USA delivery and you
can select your State from the drop down menu.
The website defaults
to GB£ and if you purchase in GB£ your credit card company will convert the
order value to your local currency at their prevailing exchange rate.
Orders placed in
both GB£ and US$ can be sent anywhere in the world. The only difference between
the shopping carts is that the dropdown menu for US States is only present if
you select US$ as your currency.
The UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 give you the right to cancel an order within seven days of receipt. You must notify us IN WRITING by letter, fax or email, and you must returned the goods unopened and unused
at your own expense. We will then refund, within 30 days, the original purchase price of the product in question, plus any postage and packing costs that applied to the original order.
Privacy
Your Privacy is guaranteed. We will not pass on or sell your details to any third party, but we may email you from time to time if you opt to join our email list.
Postage
International orders are charged according to weight. The minimum cost for orders to the US and Canada is
£3.50 (equivalent to $5.00).
The shopping basket will calculate postage for all international situations.
